A family-friendly mini-festival of Celtic music on Guemes Island!Saturday, February 14th from 1:30pm-8pm
This event is taking place in two adjacent locations!

Here's what's happening!
1:30pm-4:45pm - Come Try the Bagpipes: Stop by the 'Bagpipes for Beginners' table to learn about bagpipes, try your hand at a chanter, and maybe win a prize! No experience necessary. This event takes place in the Guemes Island Community Church. Free to attend!
1:30pm-3:30pm - Suggested Tune List Session: Musicians! Join together to play Scottish and Irish tunes on all instruments. Session led by Vienna Scheyer. This session will have a suggested tune list which you can view in advance here. This event will take place in the Guemes Island Community Church. Free to attend!
2:30pm-3:30pm - All Instrument Workshop: Learn a Scottish tune from Alasdair, Yogi, and Ross. Open to all melody and accompaniment players with experience on their instrument. This event takes place in the Guemes Island Community Center. $10 ticket.
3:30pm-5pm - Open Session: All instruments and tunes welcome. No set list. This event will take place in the Guemes Island Community Church. Free to attend!
4pm-4:45pm - Concert with Alasdair White, Ross Martin, and Murdo "Yogi" Cameron: Come enjoy lively and lovely Scottish tunes on fiddle, accordion, and guitar. This event takes place in the Guemes Island Community Center. $10 ticket.
5pm-6pm - Dinner Break
6:15pm-7:45pm - Family Ceilidh Dance with the Village Games Ceilidh Band: No experience nessasary! Family-friendly dancing for all. Beverages available for purchase."Village Games Ceilidh Band" is made up of members of DÀIMH from Scotland.This event takes place in the Guemes Island Community Center. $10 ticket.
