Weekly group lessons to level up your skills — and fun!Ready to crush your fears, sharpen your skills, and have fun on every ride? The Progression Series is an action-packed program designed to build confidence and refine mountain biking techniques. Whether you're just starting out or looking to push your skills further, this six-week series, taught by PMBIA-certified instructors, will help you ride stronger and more confidently.
We know that riders come in all skill levels, so you won’t be thrown into a one-size-fits-all group. Our small, supportive groups are thoughtfully organized so beginners can build skills at their own pace, while more experienced riders are challenged appropriately. No judgement, no intimidation, no getting left behind—just the right level of progression for you!
Each week, we’ll focus on essential techniques, from body position and braking, to flowing through berms and tackling obstacles like drops and wheel lifts. Over six two-hour sessions, you’ll gain the skills, confidence, and flow to unlock a whole new level of riding stoke!
2025 PROGRESSION SERIES:
Guelph Lake - Mondays from 6:00-8:00PM, May 12 - June 16
The Pines - Wednesdays from 6:00-8:00PM, May 14 - June 18
Christie Lake - Thursdays from 6:00-8:00PM, May 15 - June 19
Open to all genders, ages 18+, and skill levels—come ride with us!
Rain Dates: If a session is postponed due to weather, the makeup session will take place on the same weekday during the week of June 22-26.
