Flora's Walk is being run in partnership with Canadian Perinatal Mental Health Collaborative on Saturday May 4th 2024! This is Guelph’s first year hosting a walk, and we are so excited to bring this initiative to our community. Money fundraised from this event goes towards our local Guelph community to support low-cost and free services for those struggling with Perinatal Mental Health issues AND towards CPMHC and all of the amazing Mental Health advocacy work that they do across Canada.

??:??: Walk around Hanlon Creek Park (about 10-20 min, stroller & toddler friendly!)
**If you want to walk further into preservation park you are more than welcome to walk as much or as little as you want!***

We have lots of fun "post walk" events planned with the possibility of:
- Free massages offered throughout the event! (from RMT students)
- Bring a picnic blanket, hang out at the park and visit with other families!
- Come and visit our table to chat about Perinatal Mental Health and what services we have/ are in need of in Guelph!
