NEW IN 2024! Greet the First Friday of every month with a special waterfront, sunrise yoga practice!Grounded in community & offered in support of the Elizabeth River Project, this beginner-friendly, 60-minute, yoga class will incorporate simple poses, guided meditation, & breath work.
Everyday, the Elizabeth River models strength & resilience in the face of our changing climate. This monthly movement experience will encourage participants to rediscover & nurture these same qualities within themselves.
With a sweeping view of the sunrise over Knitting Mill Creek, class will take place in the River Room of the Elizabeth River Project's new Ryan Resilience Lab (4610 Colley Ave, Norfolk, VA 23508).

- Pre-registration & pre-payment is required for all First Friday classes.
- First Fridays: $15/Class** Purchase is non-refundable & non-transferable.
- ALL proceeds benefit the Elizabeth River Project
- Beginners welcome! No previous yoga experience necessary.
- No mat, no problem! Yoga mats available onsite. Participants encouraged to bring their own yoga mat if they have one.
** First Friday sunrise classes are FREE to GUD Yoga Unlimited Members - just register like you would for any other class! On-site donations to the Elizabeth River Project are encouraged.
