"Halifax Regional Arts is a supplementary-funded arts education program, a partnership between the Halifax Regional Municipality and the Halifax Regional Centre for Education. Our professional arts educators provide programming in music, drama, dance, and visual arts to students in schools all across HRCE. The Halifax Regional Arts Symphony is the only high school orchestra in Nova Scotia. The students in this ensemble are excited for the collaboration with NSCC."
