Join Hayley and me as we guide you through a journey to meet your guardian guide. This guide adds a layer of energetic protection, helping you filter out the various emotions and things that do not belong to you. Everyone can work with this guide. However, this is especially helpful for those who identify as empaths, highly sensitive, or energy workers.We will begin with a guided meditation to ground and center into this space before the journey into the otherworlds. Afterwards, we will journal and share our experiences if desired. We will close the circle with a card pull and a small gift to aid you and your intuition.
Please bring a mat to sit on, a journal, and anything else to make you feel more comfortable. I have blankets, bolsters, and blocks and will have refreshments for you to enjoy.
