A condition of entry into Spice Market requires all guests to provide a physical form of valid Photo Identification. As stipulated by the Victorian Gambling & Casino Control Commission (VGCCC), the only acceptable identification documents under the Liquor Control Reform Act 1998 are:

• Australian driver licence (including NSW & SA digital drivers licence)

• Victorian learner permit

• Foreign driver licence in the English language or if not in the English language, must be accompanied by an official English translation or an International Driving Permit

• Victorian proof of age card or an equivalent from another state or territory of Australia

• Keypass card (including digital Keypass )

• Australian or foreign passport

• Victorian marine licence

Photographs (including a photograph held on a smart phone) or photocopies of any of the above noted forms of identification will NOT be accepted in any circumstances. It is a condition of entry that the acceptable form of identification presented by a patron will be scanned into the Scantek System prior to entry. The Santek System can only scan original acceptable documents as listed above.

Spice Market reserves the right to deny entry of any patron who fails to present any of the forms of identification listed above without exception.

DRESS CODE

Gentlemen are required to wear a collared shirt & leather dress shoes.

Polo shirts, t-shirts, shorts, gym sneakers are not permitted.

Dark denim is acceptable, provided denim is not torn or faded.

No neck or facial tattoos.

• As a pro-active RSA venue operator, we do not allow entry to any individual that shows signs of intoxication.
