🔥 Avocado Birria Grilled Cheese – Crispy, buttered sourdough packed with melted Oaxaca cheese, slow-cooked birria, and creamy avocado slices, served with a guac-infused consomé for dipping.
🔥 Avocado Al Pastor Tacos – Grilled avocado halves stuffed with pineapple-marinated pork al pastor, fresh guacamole, and roasted tomatillo salsa.
🔥 Loaded Guacamole Fries – A pile of crispy fries smothered in melted queso, smoked brisket, guacamole, and a drizzle of cilantro-lime crema.
