The Play That Goes Wrong
By Henry Lewis, Henry Shields & Jonathan Sayer - Dramatists Play Services
The Play That Goes Wrong is a hilarious comedy about an amateur theater company trying—and failing miserably—to put on a M**der mystery. Things quickly go from bad to utterly disastrous. This 1920s whodunit has everything you never wanted in a show—an unconscious leading lady, a corpse that can’t play dead, and actors who trip over everything (including their lines). Nevertheless, the accident-prone thespians battle against all odds to make it through their final curtain call, with hilarious consequences! Don’t miss this award-winning production that delivers non-stop laughter and slapstick mishaps that delight audiences of all ages.
