About this Event
Competency is a hot button issue for salespersons and their sponsoring brokers/managers alike. The course will provide the salesperson with an overview of the factors involved in becoming competent to transact different types of properties in different locations as well as providing excellent customer service without straying beyond the scope of a real estate license. Brokers and managers will likewise find the information useful in developing competency and risk reduction policies as well as how to practice real estate while reducing risk for the license holder, the broker, and the client.
