Gruvelageret is proud to have a talented kitchen team. Our cuisine is led by Head Chef Max, together with Chefs Kacper and Manish. As Chef Manish prepares to leave Gruvelageret and return to India, he is marking the occasion with his very own popup evening — Pravaas!Pravaas means “journey” — and this evening is exactly that. As Manish describes it: “a food journey throughout India, from the Himalayas to the Southern Spice plantations, through my eyes and the flavors and stories I grew up with.”
