Krampus is a figure from Central European folklore, particularly in regions like Austria, Bavaria, and parts of Germany, who appears during the Christmas season. He is often depicted as a half-goat, half-demon creature, and he serves as a counterpart to Saint Nicholas (Santa Claus). While Saint Nicholas rewards well-behaved children with gifts and sweets, Krampus punishes the naughty children, often using fearsome methods.Come and discover the history and folklore of this wonderful character and explore some Central European spell-work.
