Join us for the Grubb Cottage Heritage Trust Fundraising Photographic Exhibition by Sage Rossie -Tong. Photographic artworks, taken inside of the cottage, will be available for purchase. Grubb cottage gift cards and unique screen printed tote bags will also be on sale to support the upkeep of historic Grubb cottage.
The exhibition at Grubb cottage will be open to visitors on Saturday the 30th of November 10:30am-3:30pm and Sunday the 1st of December 10:30am - 3:30pm
Sage Rossie-Tong is a non binary emerging interdisciplinary artist, whose practice weaves together photography and sculpture. Born and raised in Ōhinehou | Lyttelton, the landscape of Te Whakaraupō provides grounding for both their life and art. Sage holds a first class honours in photography from Massey University’s Bachelor of Design as well as a Graduate Diploma in Fine Arts. Their work is held in the collections of Enjoy Public Art Gallery and Te Papa, with their self published photobook a finalist in the 2022 Aotearoa Photobook Awards.
