Grow in Fitness and push past your comfort zone. Join us for a 7 part monthly series that will challenge you to push past your norms within fitness with a fun and challenging workout, followed by an after party with healthy eats and a mat chat.



About This Series

Stuck in a fitness rut? Whether working out is already a lifestyle or just something you do occasionally, this series is for you. Experience a full range of movements that will increase your awareness of your body and its potential, pushing you to grow past your norm in fitness.

Together we will take a journey through fitness and the many benefits it brings to our lives with 7 classes specifically tailored to meet you where you're at...then push you further in fun, safe, and supportive environment. From Pilates to Barre, Dance to Strength, Lower Body Burn, to Nothing but Core, and finally Stretch.


Come to one class or all, the key to growth is simply showing up.

The Classes
  1. Barre (off the bar) - Designed to tone using bodyweight to help build flexibility and strength.
  2. Pilates (off the machine) - Designed to improve physical strength, flexibility, posture and mental awareness.
  3. Dance - Designed to engage your entire body as well as the mind. Dancing is fun and learning steps keeps your brain active while constant movement addresses your heart, ciculation, balance, mscles, and joints.
  4. Strength - Designed to challenge you with weights. Weight training improves muscle strength and tone, maintaining your body's flexibility and balance.
  5. Lower Body Burn - Designed to focus on your Gluteus Maximus. Strong glutes helps to keep your body balanced so you don't overcompensate in other parts of your body, causing pain. Plus a stong Gluteus Maxiumus makes your buns look better!
  6. Nothing but Core - Designed to strengthen your core, which leads to etter balance and steadiness. A strong core hleps with stability and maintaining posture, and preventing back pain.
  7. Stretch - One of the most important things to do before and after a workout, everyday. Stretching helps decrease risk of injury, helps joints maintain range of motion, as well as keeps muscles strong and healthy.

More About This Class: Lower Body Burn

Join us for an exhilarating Lower Body Burn Workout that will leave you feeling strong, empowered, and ready to conquer anything! This dynamic session is designed to target and tone your legs, glutes, and core muscles through a series of high-intensity exercises.

Led by our expert fitness instructor, Jorea Fleurant, this workout will challenge your endurance, agility, and strength while providing modifications for all fitness levels, with each move carefully crafted to sculpt and define your lower body.

Jorea Fleurant is an experienced Fitness Trainer, Life Coach and Personal Trainer..over 25 years of experience in Fitness, nutrition, massage therapy, and coaching.. Jorea has a passion for helping women empower themselves in their health goals and becoming the best Virgin of being a woman..She specializes in total body fitness and coaching to bring a fresh level of fitness to real life. Rasheda Jenkins is a wife, mother, facilitator, public speaker, content creator, business owner, host…She lives in North Minneapolis, MN with her husband and children.
