About the Speakers:
: Josh White joined CBRE in 2012 and is a 20+ year real estate veteran. He is a highly respected leader within CBRE guiding one of the most successful office tenant representation teams in Dallas. In the last five years, Josh and his team have completed over 500 transactions and 10 million+ SF.
Josh is recognized in the DFW brokerage community and across CBRE for advocating for his clients. A specialist in corporate representation, he provides clients with strong analytical and market knowledge in facility planning, site selection, and negotiations. His experience ranges from local acquisitions and build-to-suits, to managing international portfolios. Josh brings integrated solutions to organizations with robust real estate portfolios, as well as organizations beginning to expand and grow their footprint regionally and nationally.
Peter Jansen joined CBRE in 2010 to assist in the development of the Public Institutions and Education Solutions national practice group and focuses exclusively on representing clients in this space. The majority of client engagements include developing strategic real estate management plans and executing transactions that arise from those plans. Mr. Jansen has advised clients across the country, including the Cities of Reno, Sacramento, Austin, and Houston, as well as the States of Maryland, Kansas, and Texas.
In addition to his transaction and consulting efforts, he supports the Public Institutions group in business development around the country and is experienced in the public procurement process from both the issuer and respondent perspective.
In 2013, he relocated to Austin, Texas to focus on representing public sector clients regionally. He is currently providing tenant representation services to the Texas Facilities Commission, and providing consulting and disposition services to TxDOT, the Independent School Districts of Austin and Dallas, and the counties of Dallas and Hays. Mr. Jansen has led engagements with the Employee Retirement System of Texas, Dallas Area Rapid Transit, and Dallas Independent School District that holistically evaluated their long-term occupancy strategies, including alternative workplace strategies, asset monetization, and life-cycle costs. Previously, Peter advised non-profit and institutional clients on alternative-asset investment management strategies.
