For most of us who have a business that relies on finding clients locally, word of mouth is one of the most effective marketing tools available to us. In this workshop, we’re going to go through the different stages of generating word of mouth referrals, and how to recycle these clients going forward so that you’re never (or rarely) selling to a “cold” audience.
-How Facebook Groups has replaced chatting over the garden fence
-Making sure you show up in searches
-Pitfalls to avoid and simple tasks that are easy wins
-Crisis management and dealing with sticky situations
-Managing your clients and avoiding problem ones
This workshop will take place at our Centre in central Midland. For those unable to attend in person, you do have the option to watch via Zoom. However, we have found that attendees get much more from the workshop if they attend in person. For busy courses, we may not be able to answer questions both in the room and on Zoom.
For the benefit of the entire group, latecomers will no longer be admitted as it is too disruptive to the flow of the course, and isn’t fair on those who are on time.
