Growing Wild Seeds

Participants 12 years and older and welcome at our workshops, please do not park in front of mail boxes or driveways. We will meet in our greenhouse and learn about different techniques that mimic natural processes and break wild seed dormancy. We will also discuss other propagation techniques that work best for different seed varieties. The first part of the workshop will be a talk about the techniques and then participants will select several seed varieties and practice treating their own seeds. Varieties will include milkweed, penstemon, locust and cliffrose.
