In this session, we’ll explore what’s happening beneath the surface as your child navigates rapid brain development, layered emotions, and shifting social worlds. You’ll gain insights into the changes occurring in their brain, discover ways to help them name and manage their emotions, and learn practical strategies for supporting them through this important transition.
We’ll also focus on the building blocks of responsibility, accountability, and resiliency. This stage is the perfect time for your child to take on new responsibilities, practice accountability for their choices, and establish healthy personal boundaries. Together, we’ll explore how parents can set clear expectations, define consequences, and strengthen the parent-child relationship while encouraging independence.
You’ll walk away with tools to help your family navigate both the “weird” world of adolescence and the essential skills that prepare your child to grow into a confident, capable young adult.
