Growing through Grief: Monthly Family Night

This monthly drop-in group provides a supportive space for families to navigate grief together through age-appropriate education, connection, and healing. These sessions offer a safe, compassionate environment where families can connect with peers who understand their experience.
Children’s Group (Ages 6–12):
Children will participate in engaging, therapeutic activities and guided discussions exploring:
• Common grief reactions
• Identifying and expressing feelings
• Building self-esteem
• Healthy coping strategies
Caregivers’ Group:
Caregivers will meet separately for supportive discussion and shared learning, offering space to:
• Connect with others who are “parenting through grief”
• Share challenges, successes, and questions
• Gain tools for supporting their child—and themselves—through the grief journey
Registration:
Registration is required for each date a family plans to attend. Attendance at every session is welcome but not required.
