Nevil is the founding director of New Results, a business that helps professional services organisations improve their selling and business development activities.


In his work, Nevil helps organisations with:

• Engaging, winning and developing clients

• Becoming confident and competent in selling and business development

• Building trust with new and existing clients

• Maximising relationships with clients

• Becoming the trusted adviser with new and existing clients


Nevil was involved in launching two of the UK’s most familiar brands in Dyson and BlackBerry. He has worked as part of FTSE100 companies’ management teams for over a decade and in sales for 25 years. Nevil launched a significant coaching programme for a FTSE100 organisation; helping them engaging and winning business customers across the globe.

We live and work in a VUCA (Volatile, Uncertain, Complex and Ambiguous) world, with businesses and clients changing the way we buy, sell and shop. Nevil’s talk will help you to recognise and understand these changes, and help your organisation to spot new opportunities for change, growth, new markets and new ways to serve your clients.

Nevil’s talk covers:

• Exploring how your clients have changed and how your organisation can adapt to these changes.

• Creating client focus through a series of lenses – learning from others’ successes and challenges.

• Exploring changes in client behaviour through the sales cycle.

• Focusing on developing new engaged clients in three key areas.

• Pausing to recognise the fundamentals that haven’t changed in sales, reflecting on your previous successes.

• Using your previous success to develop a successful and effective sales development plan.


By the end of the morning you will be:

• Refocusing your strategic plans for business development.

• Reviewing your existing approach to business development and new tools and approaches.

• Getting greater insights on how to better serve your existing clients.
