Growing Mushrooms Indoors

Mushrooms are quick and easy to grow inside any time of year, providing fresh and delicious mushrooms in as little as a month. In this hands-on workshop we will go over the equipment and techniques needed for successfully setting up a simple growing chamber for cultivating mushrooms on straw or other common garden materials. Participants will go home with their own mini oyster grow kit.
