Growing Local BUILD A BURGER Family Cook Workshop

Calling all budding cooks! Make your own beef or bean burger, rainbow wedges, salad in a jar and strawberry NICE cream
About this Event

This is a FAMILY COOK WORKSHOP at The Kindle Centre (next to Asda in Hereford) for children accompanied by a family member or carer. It is suitable for any age of children.

Come along and make your own lunch! Make from scratch homemade beef or veggie bean burgers, plus 'rainbow wedges' (made from carrots, beetroot, sweet potato & potatoes) and help yourself to a 'salad in a jar' with homemade dressings & sprinkles. Have a go at making strawberry 'nice' cream for pudding.

Sessions are £2.50 per child (Under 3s free), but donations to Growing Local are very welcome. Only book child places on Eventbrite, an accompanying adult does not need to book.

Please advise of any food allergies or intolerences to [email protected] AT LEAST ONE WEEK BEFORE the event so we can plan ahead and have the correct ingredients.

Sessions will start promptly at 10am, so please arrive in plenty of time! Free parking is available at Asda, but check in your car at the Kindle Centre reception when you arrive.
