About this Event
Join us as we close out Black History Month with an evening of live music, centering and celebrating Portland's Black community. Growing from our Roots will explore themes of collective care and mental well-being, through the lens of music, ancestry, and artistry.
The incredible artists blessing us for the evening include:
- Nicholas Grier, piano
- Christopher Brown, drums/saxophone
- Chibia Ulinwa, violin & vocals
- Marcus Lattimore, spoken word
- Noah Simpson, trumpet
- Patrick Goličnik, bass
Tickets are required at the door, and will include a light meal + 1 drink ticket. This is a private event intended for the Black/African American community; we kindly ask that you respect this intention for all of those who register and attend.
