When real estate agents don’t have enough leads, there are only two ways to get more: create them through prospecting and marketing, or buy them through third-parties. While prospecting and marketing are tried and true, online leads are growing in popularity and for good reason: they have the possibility to be reasonably cheap, easy to implement, and can scale quickly.
In this session we will break down the best practices of top agents in three categories...
- Paid social ads
- Search engine ads
- Lead aggregators
... and we'll answer the following questions:
- What are online leads?
- How much do they cost?
- How many leads can I expect to generate?
- Where is the best place to start?
- How do I effectively target the right clients?
- What are the best ways to convert online leads?
- What return on investment can I expect and how do I measure it?
This session is in-person only, and is open and relevant to agents at any brokerage.
