About the instructor:
Melanie Kennemann is a multiple black belt team leader hall of fame recipient and believes that ENERGY MATTERS! She was an executive team leader for 17 years (nine and a half at the Flagship market center and over thirteen and a half in Austin!), an Operating Principal for six years, and her favorite role is working with top talent on building bigger and more fulfilling lives. She was recently named Manager of the Year at the Industry awards in Austin for the entire city. Melanie has recruited over 2000 agents and believes that mindset and determination is everything! Melanie started her career in 2006 in Reno, NV during an extremely challenging and distressed market which taught to never fear any market! While others were leaving the industry, she took her kw office to number one in her city and region before moving to Austin. Before real estate, Melanie ran film and television production teams in the United States and Germany (a language she didn’t learn until she was 27) and loves working with big talent. She's a MAPS Leadership coach and KWU Master faculty instructor and travels to teach the CV series, ALC Clinic, BOLD and believes that everything in your life starts with a DECISION. Taking action.. that's the FUN part! She’s the creative director and host for her podcast “The Second Half with Melanie Kennemann” where she interviews guests who model a playing to win mindset.
