Beginner-friendly workshop to learn about zero-waste techniques to use in the kitchen and while shopping! Join us on Thu Jun 27 2024 at 6:00 PM at Westview Baptist Church of London for a fun and educational event.
In this workshop, you'll learn how to make delicious meals using ingredients that might typically go to waste. Our host and volunteers will teach you creative ways to reduce food waste and cook sustainably.
As always, our workshop is hands-on and interactive, including some gentle self-evaluation and a banana peel "pulled pork" recipe! While our peels cook and absorb the amazing flavours, we'll be occupied using the bananas for smoothies and making your own zero-waste meal plan!
