Welcome to the Grove Park - Sunset Mountain 2025 Tour of Homes! Join us on Saturday, September 13th and Sunday, September 14th, from 1:00 PM - 5:00 PM, for a day of exploring beautiful homes in the charming neighborhood of Grove Park- Sunset Mountain. Each day will feature SIX (possibly seven) unique homes! Take a leisurely stroll through the streets and admire the unique architecture and design of each home. Meet the homeowners and get inspired by their creativity and style. This is a great opportunity to gather ideas for your own home or simply appreciate the craftsmanship of these stunning properties. **You will receive your wristband to gain admission at the tour "check-in" (Refer to Frequently Asked Questions below.)

Our community supports our local Ira B Jones Elementary School with much needed school supplies. Please consider a donation of school supplies made at the check-in station.

Trolley transporation will run continuously along the tour route both days.

Please wear comfortable footwear as many homes have entrance stairs and uneven terrain. As private residences, most homes are not ADA compliant.

Info: The Tour of Homes Launch Party is our exclusive pre-tour event to be held in the beautiful gardens at 171 Macon Ave. Guests will mingle amongst the sculptures and gardens while enjoying appetizers, beverages and casual conversation with neighbors and friends. * Check-in will be at 171 Macon Ave* Parking will be very limited and must be on nearby side streets.
