Meet in Spinney Hill Park outside the café (centre of park)
Join us for a group walk through the area around Spinney Hill Park passing some of Leicester’s former factories of the late 19th to mid-20th century. Learn about the companies who were located here and what they produced during Leicester’s manufacturing past. At around 1.7 miles, this is one of our shorter walks led at a steady pace, pausing for a little information along the way. This short walk is free to attend, but numbers are limited so please book via Eventbrite to secure your place or phone 0116 373 7589 when booking has opened. Please note our phone line is answered during office hours only (Monday to Friday, 9am-5.30pm), not at weekends or bank holidays.
