This Group Trip to New York Fashion Week is hosted by Events By Vic and various Washington, DC-area professional networking groups for diverse professionals on Meetup.com.
REMINDERS: The deadline to register and pay for all activities in the Trip Itinerary is Wednesday, September 4th, at 7 pm EST. Each person must pay the one-time Travel Service Fee (TSF), and purchase a Fashion Week Package (Package A, B, or C) in order to get tickets and access to all Fashion Shows, Fashion Networking Events, and all other experiences listed in the Official Trip Agenda below. All payments are non-refundable.

EXCLUSIONS not covered under Travel Service Fee (TSF): Airfare, Airport Transfers, Ground Transportation, Lodging, New York City tax on food purchases and hotel reservations, Gratuities/Tips, Service Fees and Security Deposits Charged by Hotels, Restaurants, and Other Merchants, Store Purchases (in-person and online), Meals, Beverages, Private Transport (e.g., taxis, Uber/Lyft, and hotel transfers), and any Paid Events and Attractions not mentioned above covered by the Travel Service Fee (TSF).
To attend this Group Trip & Guided Tour to New York Fashion Week, all Travelers must pay the Travel Planning Fee (TSF), along with a Fashion Week Travel Package, by 9 pm ET Wednesday, September 4, 2024. Paying this Travel Feel and purchasing a Fashion Week Package grants you a Guaranteed Spot on our Group Trip & Guided Tour to enjoy Official NYFW Events and Experiences, expert guidance from the Trip Host, Tour Guide, and Bilingual (English/Spanish) Travel Agent in helping you find lodging and transportation to, from, and within NYC, a copy of the NYFW Playbook: Attend Like a Pro, the Fashion Week Swag Bag, access to the private Fashion Week Group Chat for this trip, and entry to All Activities in our Official Itinerary.

Activity 2: Check into Official Hotel in Midtown Manhattan
Activity 3: Downtime/Do As You Please/Dinner at Your Leisure
Activity 4: Afrocentric Fashion Show w/ Red Carpet & DJ
Activity 5: Nightlife at Popular Rooftop near Times Square
Day 2 - Saturday, September 7th
Activity 6: Downtime/Do As You Please/Breakfast
Activity 7: “Shark Tank: Fashion Week” Edition w/ Lunch
Activity 8: Downtime/Do As You Please/Eat at Your Leisure
Activity 9: Afternoon Int’l Fashion Show near Times Square

To attend this trip, all Travelers must select and pay for one or more of the 5 Fashion Week Travel Packages below:
FASHION WEEK TRAVEL PACKAGES (Priced Per Person)
A - Basic Package: Travel Planning Fee (TPF) & General Entry to All Activities in Official Trip Agenda: $600.00
B - Moderate Package: TPF + All Activities in Official Trip Agenda + R/T Bus from Northern VA, DC, or Baltimore to NYC: $800.00
C - VIP Package: Includes TPF, Round Trip Bus from Northern VA, DC, or Baltimore, and VIP Access to All Activities in Official Trip Agenda: $1,200.00
*These Travel Packages do not include payment towards flights, hotels, and Package A does not include transportation to and from Manhattan. Only Packages B & C offer bus transportation to and from Manhattan. The names, addresses, and reservation links for our Official Hotel in Manhattan will be shared with those who register and pay to attend this trip. Travelers may either stay at our Host Hotel, or at a different property of their choice.
Packages A-C must be purchased directly on Eventbrite. If you want to customize any of the packages (e.g., you can only do a 1 night/2 day stay, or you only want to attend 6 Activities from the Itinerary instead of all of them), email Events By Vic on Eventbrite so we can help you create a Customized Travel Package for Fashion Week. Travelers choosing a Customized Travel Package will be required to pay for this package using Zelle or Venmo, along with the one-time Trip Customization Fee (TCF) of $100.00, which will be added to the total cost of the Customized Travel Package. The price of each Customized Travel Package will be determined by the Traveler’s travel dates, choice of lodging, preferred transportation, preferred activities, and travel budget.
