Group therapy “Art of Healing”

Join us for this 4-week journey of a self-exploration and personal empowerment that relies on your inner wisdom and its capacity to mend the past and move you toward a positive transformation.

This course is designed to help you to navigate the complexities of your emotional landscape with greater clarity, resilience, and well-being, to discover how to create the life you desire and deserve.

Ceremonies that we will go through:

Week 1 - Inner child:

* We will heal a wounded inner child

* Will strengthen an inner support and self-esteem

* Will fill emptiness in your soul, bring back your torn parts

* Will create a deep connection with the lost parts of the soul

Week 2 - Ancestral healing

Week 3 - Healing deep traumas that left imprint in the body

Week 4 - Chamber of treasures

We offer a healing space with powerful approach that features:

- transcendent meditations

- breath-work practice

- reflective exercises

- art-therapy methods

Each ceremony provides supportive guidance, essential insights and practical skills to find out:

* The hidden reason why you're stuck in negative patterns that harm you and hold you back from your goals.

* How you can finally break the cycle and rediscover joy, success, healthier relationships, and reach your next level.

* A new approach that creates real, deep, and lasting transformation.

Each practice is powerful and extensive as if you had 10x therapy sessions.

Details:

Duration - 4 weeks, every Saturday for 3 hours

Starting date - October 5 (then Oct. 12, 19, 26)

Contribution:

Single ceremony- AED 400

4-ceremony package - AED 1400 (instead of AED 1600)

Sitting cushions, mats and blankets will be provided. Please bring light cloth to cover your eyes while lying down for the sound meditation that will follow after the tea ceremony.

RTA parking is available (5 minutes by walk). Please arrive 10 minutes in advance to comfortably settle in.
