Just as spring brings renewal to the earth, this session is designed to help you release what no longer serves you and open your heart to fresh energy, growth, and balance. 🌱
Together we’ll journey through:
💫 Drawing an angel card to set your personal intention
💫 A guided meditation to plant a seed of renewal within
💫 Healing vibrations of crystal singing bowls to ground, nourish, and open energy
💫 Tuning forks to support balance, creativity, and intuition
💫 A closing meditation to embody renewal and carry your angel message forward
🌸 What to Bring
• Yoga mat or something comfy to lie on (wooden floors can get hard)
• Pillow (for under your head or knees – or both)
• Blanket or something warm (heater will be on if it's cool, but comfort is key)
• Water bottle
• Comfortable clothing
This is your time to pause, reset, and step into spring feeling balanced, uplifted, and ready for new beginnings. 🌿
