Join me for a gentle and nourishing group sound healing session designed to support growth, intention, and self-care as we move into the new year.
The Waxing Crescent Moon is a powerful time for nurturing what we wish to grow ā building momentum slowly, with care and compassion rather than pressure. This session invites you to soften, reset, and tend to yourself as you plant the seeds for the months ahead.
āØ What to expect:
ā¢ Gentle guided meditation to settle the body and mind
ā¢ Crystal singing bowls and tuning forks to calm the nervous system and restore balance
ā¢ Space to reflect, set intentions, and reconnect with self-care
ā¢ Deep relaxation in a supportive, peaceful group setting
š§āāļø What to bring:
ā¢ Yoga mat or something comfortable to lie on (wooden floors)
ā¢ Pillow (for head or knees)
ā¢ Something light to cover you
ā¢ Water bottle
ā¢ Wear comfortable clothing
