Join me for "Monday Melodies" at the Lodge where you'll experience profound relaxation and healing through the power of sound and energy work. As a Certified Sound Therapist Reiki Master and Intuitive Healer I am dedicated to guiding you on a journey to inner peace and well-being.
Each session begins with an initial chakra clearing using a powerful **24-inch Tibetan singing bowl** helping to balance and align your energy centers prior to session. We'll then move into relaxation breathing exercises and a guided meditation to center your mind and body setting the stage for deep healing.
You'll have the opportunity to set a personal intention which will be woven into the session enhancing the impact of the healing energies. The core of the session features Reiki-infused sound healing with my set of 15 crystal bowls that I have carefully selected for their ability to resonate with the body's chakras and promote healing on all levels.
In addition to the crystal bowls an array of other instruments—such as a monochord Koshi Chimes Zaphir chimes bar chimes pipe chimes tingsha frame drum wave drum and 7 chakra full moon set of Tibetan bowl will be used to create a rich immersive soundscape that facilitates deep relaxation and energy clearing.
To allow the frequencies to fully integrate the session concludes with 5 minutes of silence giving you space to absorb the healing vibrations. The entire experience lasts for 1.5 hours providing ample time for profound shifts and renewal.
After the session enjoy refreshments and take a moment to connect with others or simply savor the peaceful energy.
