What to Expect:
-Comfortable Setting: Lie down or sit comfortably on a mat with a pillow and eye mask.
-Harmonizing Vibrations: Enjoy the resonant frequencies from tuning forks, gongs, drums, Himalayan and crystal singing bowls, chimes, and voice. Each sound is carefully introduced to create balance and release emotional blockages, trauma, and stress.
- Collective Energy: Experience the uplifting power of group synergy as we heal together, amplifying each other’s energy.
-Guided Meditation: Journey within as our experienced facilitator leads you through calming meditative practices, enhancing your inner peace.

Time: Sundays 7-8:30pm
Parking: Street parking near 13th and Mill Plain. Some Free and some paid. Please, give yourself plenty of time to get a good spot and get settled.
