Welcome to Group Sound Bath with Tibetan Singing Bowls by Symmetry Meditation.
Join me for a relaxing and rejuvenating experience at La Vérité Dance Projects in Brunswick.
Designed to offer 60 minutes of relaxation using a variety of Tibetan Singing Bowls and Tingsha, Sound Baths are a wonderful and unique way to reset. Tibetan Singing bowls provide beautiful sounds along with vibrations felt by the body, resonating throughout to loosen muscles, and calm your mind.
Session numbers are capped at 20 for a small and intimate experience, with the bowls set up in the middle of a circle to allow everyone to be as close to the bowls as possible.
All you need to bring is yourself, mats, blankets and pillows are all provided.
Accommodations can be made if you are unable to lay down on a yoga mat for 60 minutes, please let me know and I would be more than happy to organise an alternative set up for you.
WHAT TO BRING:
- Water Bottle
- A light jumper
WHAT TO WEAR:
- Warm, loose comfortable clothing
WHAT IS PROVIDED:
- Yoga Mats
- Pillow
- Light blanket
WHAT TO EXPECT:
- 5 minutes of centering and light breathwork to begin the session
- 60 minutes of pure sound and vibrations all while you lay down covered with a blanket
- A peaceful, rejuvenatng way to allow your mind and body to rest and restore itself.
- Space afterwards to connect back with yourself and the group over a cup of tea (optional and tea provided)
OPTIONAL if you would like to bring your own:
- An eye mask
- Your own mat, pillow or blanket
