About this Event
The crystal singing bowls are instruments which produce an amazing vibration in the room along with a relaxing sound. Each bowl is tuned to an energy center of the body allowing them to get you 'back in tune', which promotes natural healing, emotional release and overall wellness. You may sit or lay to enjoy the experience and feel the anxiety melt away.
I recommend bringing a mat, blanket, pillow, chair or whatever will be comfortable for you. There are chairs and couches in the room you may use. Registration required, walk-ins are not guaranteed a spot. Event will be cancelled if there are no registrations.
