In this session you will:
- Identify emotions, patterns, and beliefs that no longer feel good or are keeping you stuck
- Clarify desired emotions, beliefs and states of being that you’d like to feel
- Connect with your body and energy to identify and lessons or information these emotions, patterns and beliefs have for you
- Relax and release old, stagnant, and unhelpful energies
- Brief journaling, reflection, and connection with your intuition to receive guidance on your next best steps
- Discuss how to support your body and energy after the session
When we sit and listen to the calming sounds of the ocean crashing against the shore or the rain falling we are experiencing the magic of nature, but also the power of sound healing.
Sound has been used for healing for thousands of years. Ancient civilizations across the globe used sound as a way to heal and connect to themselves and others on new levels. It served as a means to connect to both the earth and spirit world.
Sound healing has been known to provide an impact on multiple layers - physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual. Removing blockages and restoring flow where it is most needed, even at the cellular level.
Today sound is used to heal in formal and informal environments, allowing us to surrender to the tones and frequencies of instruments as we temporarily break from our crazy schedules.

What to bring: journal and pen, water bottle, eye cover, tissue for any clearing, yoga mat, pillow and blanket if needed

A life-long lover of the body, Shannon merges concepts from energy work and science to help clients reconnect to their bodies and intuition to unlock their own magic. Specializing in “whole life alignment,” she helps her clients create a life they love in a body they love. She is a certified sound healer and facilitator and enjoys helping her clients feel more clear, calm and confident using this modality.
