When we sit and listen to the calming sounds of the ocean crashing against the shore or the rain falling we are experiencing the magic of nature but also the power of sound healing.
Sound has been used for healing for thousands of years. Ancient civilizations across the globe used sound as a way to heal and connect to themselves and others on new levels. It served as a means to connect to both the earth and spirit world.
Sound healing has been known to provide an impact on multiple layers - physical mental emotional and spiritual. Removing blockages and restoring flow where it is most needed even at the cellular level.
Today sound is used to heal in formal and informal environments allowing us to surrender to the tones and frequencies of instruments as we temporarily break from our crazy schedules.
