Have you ever thought about hearing your emotion filled journaling written in a song? Do you enjoy writing or want to know how to? Do you like playing an instrument or just want to know what the noise is all about? This will be something new for us to do and we are always open to new inspiring people and techniques to help the community move more in tuned with themselves and others. Join us for an inspiring afternoon led by Amanda Bridges—local songwriter, musician, and intuitive healing practitioner. This unique event will begin with a guided meditation accompanied by music, followed by a self-reflective writing prompt inspired by your meditation experience.
After independent journaling, we’ll come together to co-write a song, embracing collaboration, love, and creativity.
No musical experience is necessary—just bring your open heart and willingness to explore. If you play an instrument, feel free to bring it along. If not, just bring yourself!
This is a safe and welcoming space to connect with commUNITY, activate healing, and spark joy through music and creative energy.
