As we continue to watch the world in pain, multiple genocides, fascism on the rise and authoritarian societies taking root, our nervous systems are completely overwhelmed. Join us in this group session where we hold space for each in our grief as we provide safety and community with each other. Somatics is about bringing awareness back to our bodies and allow us the opportunity to feel and release. It comprises of breathwork and gentle movement to bring our attention inward. You are not alone, let's get together in solidarity. Cost: R250 p/p
