Sekhem is a form of channelled energy healing that can be administered through the hands of the practitioner to the client or remotely similar to reiki. It is closely associated with the lion-headed goddess Sekhmet, who is revered as both the goddess of war and healing sciences, and the guardian and protector of energy. requires dedication and perseverance to overcome them. The practice of Sekhem is intended to elevate our vibrational frequency and help us achieve our full potential.

Egyptian Sekhem originates from the star system Sirius and has been transmitted from there to the ancient civilizations of Lemuria, Atlantis and Egypt. In ancient times, the practice of Sekhem was primarily reserved for the priesthood in Ancient Egypt and is referred to in hieroglyphics as SKHM. Following the decline of the Egyptian Dynasty, the energy systems dispersed or were maintained by small communities. However, Sekhem was rediscovered in modern times by Patrick Zeilger and Helen Belot.
