In this 1 hour Group Reiki experience, you will be held in a gentle healing energy. The session will begin with a head-to-toe body scan and guided meditation so you can sink deep into relaxation. Followed by focused Reiki Energy and Aura Cleansing with tuning forks to clear energetic blockages, restore balance and harmony within the physical, emotional, and spirit body, while also allowing you to experience subtle sensations of the body.
