This 90-minute group Reiki session is designed to guide you gently into inner child healing, uncovering the roots of your shadow, and helping you release deeply ingrained beliefs that no longer serve you.

Energy Clearing:
Begin with an intentional energy clearing to create a calm, grounded space.
Journaling Exercise:
Getting to the root of your shadow and writing a letter to your younger self.
Guided Meditation:
Journey into a gentle meditative state where you’ll meet your younger self in a sacred, supportive space.
Hands-On Reiki Healing:
Reiki Master Jessie will provide intuitive, hands-on Reiki healing throughout the session.
