For those who haven't yet met me..
As an Intuitive Energy and light worker I will guide you to heal emotions, shift patterns, find clarity and peace, tap into Universal Intelligence, step in to your power. I facilitate a healing space for you to advance your spiritual and emotional life. I am here to assist you in reconnecting with your heart and experiencing the being of your pure energetic self. I offer Integrated sessions, where I combine more than one modality to facilitate your transformation including - Reiki, Energy Healing, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Time Line Therapy, Tarot and Oracle Reading, Law of Attraction, Angel Therapy, Chakra Balancing, Heart Healing, Sound healing and group/peer support.?
⭐️For our group healing session we will share together in a pre care check in and enjoy some cacao.
Sharing our stories and intentions, holding space for one and other. We will also share in Oracle card readings.
⭐️We will transition in to a group Reiki session where I will share Reiki with each member of the group. Resting and being held by one and others energy, by the beautiful pure love of the universe and intelligent life force energy Reiki. I will also integrate Singing bowl sound bathing, Crystal healing and Angel channelled healing.
⭐️We will finish with a post care check out, checking in with each member on how the treatment and shared healing has been.
In a group setting Reiki is amplified by the intention and energy of each member making it even more powerful!

Originating in Japan, Reiki is a holistic-based, natural healing technique helping with stress reduction, relaxation and chakra balancing.
In Reiki we work on specifically releasing any energetic or emotional blockages, through the use of healing techniques to help with clearing and balancing of your chakras, aura clearing and providing you guidance to assist with bringing you a deeper alignment for your mind, body & spirit.

What to bring: A yoga mat, water bottle, wear comfy clothes and come in a state of openness and willingness to receive. The more open and willing to receive you are the more powerful your experience will be.
