Dear Respiratory Therapy Program Director:


The Indiana Society for Respiratory Care is pleased to offer a group discount to your students for the annual fall conference. This year’s seminar theme is “Race Towards Success”. The seminar will be held at the Embassy Suites in Plainfield, Indiana October 3rd & 4th. The cost for a full registration (two days) advanced school registration is $60.00 and lunch is provided. As a token of our appreciation for the group registration, one fulltime faculty member will receive a credit of $135.00 towards the instructor’s registration fee.


To receive the discount the following must be completed:

* Students must click on the link, find their appropriate school, complete on-line registration (must have their AARC#) and pay


  • Students must be an AARC member to receive the group discount price

* Fulltime faculty members that will be taking advantage of the $135.00 credit will email their program name, their name and address, email address, and AARC # to Stephanie Colletti @ [email protected].

* Completed group registrations must be received by 9/13/2023 at 11:30 p.m. After this date, the group registration will be closed and students will be required to pay the regular registration fee at our website at www.in-isrc.org


**No additions or add-ons will be permitted after the group registration is received**

On behalf of the Program Committee, we hope you will join us for our annual fall conference hosted by the Indiana Society for Respiratory Care. You won't want to miss this year's speakers and topics. This year's meeting will be at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Plainfield Indianapolis Airport, conveniently located off interstate 70 west.

ACCOMMODATIONS Embassy Suites by Hilton, 6089 Clarks Creek Road, Plainfield, Indiana. Reservations can be made by contacting the hotel at 1-800-362-2779 and use group code ISR. The group rate will expire on September 22th. Reservations must be made directly with the hotel. ISRC is not responsible for hotel reservations.

EVENTS A SILENT AUCTION will be held all day Thursday, October 3rd to Friday, October 4th till10:30 a.m. Silent Auction bid winners will pay and pick up item(s) after noon on Friday, October 4th. Proceeds will benefit ISRC scholarship and educational activities. Must be present to win.

A FOOD DRIVE to benefit local pantries will be held on Thursday, October 3rd from 8 a.m.-4:45 p.m. and on Friday, October 4th from 8 a.m.-12:00 p.m. Please bring non-perishable food items and receive one chance, per item, to win a fabulous prize.

Come join the fun at the 7th annual ISRC Trivia Night, Thursday, October 3rd at 5:00 p.m. in the main conference room. Join a team, or form one with your friends to show off your abundant knowledge! Snacks and cash bar available during event.

REFUNDS Advance registrants may request and receive an 80% refund if the refund is prior to August 30th. Registrants requesting a refund after August 30th will receive a 50% refund. Refunds will not be granted after September 11th.

MISCELLANEOUS The planners and sponsors of this function claim no liability for acts of any suppliers to this meeting or the safety of any attendee while in transit to or from this event. For program information contact Ashley Hartman at [email protected].

CRCE CONTACT HOURS Application has been made to the American Association for Respiratory Care (AARC) for 12 continuing education contact hours for Respiratory Therapists. Individuals paying the student rate are not entitled to receive CRCEs. An electronic validation of attendance with survey completion will be sent via email after the seminar. The deadline for survey completion will be shared during the seminar.

All registration will be accepted on-line. Please access the registration link at the ISRC Website at http://in-isrc.org/. Please be aware that all attendees will have a processing fee added to the registration fee. The use of credit cards will have an additional convenience fee.
