Whether you need advice, a listening ear, or just want to connect with others, this event is for you. Let's support each other and build a community of positivity and encouragement. See you there!GPS Groups incorporate evidence-based approaches of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Mindfulness-based Stress Reduction and Psychosocial Education in a warm and accessible group model. GPS groups are deliberately judgement and advice-free zones where people can be listened to with respect. Participants heal, find their strength and connect with their courage to take conscious steps towards the lives they want to live.
What Support Groups Do:
Address challenging situations
Have courageous conversations
Provide support in times of crisis and tragedy
Talk about the impact of racism
Build resilience against burnout and workplace fatigue
As a hybrid group, this meeting is offered both in-person and virtually through Zoom.
