This will give information on what you may experience. The book is available at Spark of Divine.
I request that you are 18 or older, if a parent would like a child (no one under 13) to participate please contact me.
We will have a question and answer before the regression and afterward, if anyone would like to share their experience please do! I encourage this, as it is good to talk about what happened.
Also journaling is a great idea, to help with remembering details.
Wear comfortable clothing, bring a mat, and 2 pillows (one for your head the other for the back of the knees).
Please allow 1 ½ to 2 hours for this experience.
