These regression sessions are client centered and takes an active role in the process. This is not a reading. Just the same as a traditional hypnotherapy appointments, the client is in a deep hypnotic state while still being aware of everything they are saying. Memories may come to clients through many different senses, and are reported back to the trained and seasoned PLR therapist. It is important that the client not drink too much caffeine, wear comfortable clothing, and don't have anything too taxing to do after the session to allow for integration.
