Then this Group Session at Denisha Campbell's Sacred Treasure Holistic Oasis - is for You! We hold weekly group sessions with guided relaxation, healing musical sounds and frequencies to help release stuck energy.

Shakeenah uses Tibetan 7-metal Singing Bowls, MKR Strings and other healing frequency instruments.

Note: Not everyone experiences healing frequencies and vibrations in the same way. Some people get teary eyed, others have involuntary movements of parts of the body, while another may feel tickled with a big smile on her face due to a tingling sensation she is feeling. Sometimes you may consciously feel nothing. But trust me, your body sends the vibrations to where it needs to go each time you participate in a sound healing bath... and the more you open up to receiving healing, the more you relax and let it flow throughout every cell in your body... the more impactful your experience will be - noticed or not immediately noticed.

Shakeenah will guide you into a relaxed state. We often practice mindfulness in these sessions to help train you to be mindful outside of these group sessions. All you need to do is get your body compfortable with a pillow under your knees, maybe under your neck or head, have a sheet over you, and Breathe in....Let Go.... and Let Love Flow on in, and help to heal your body from head to toe.
