Join me for a Group Session of Meditation, Sound Energy Healing and a Gentle Intuitive Drumming Journey for Insight moving forward. Date: Saturday 23rd November

As always the Session will offer Intuitive Guidance as well, for those attending.
And begins with an easy Meditation practice, to help you be in the present moment and connect with your body and your breath, before moving into relaxing to the beautiful sounds and vibrations of Sound and Reiki Healing, using therapeutic bowls, crystal bowls, pyramid and Gong.
To help you Relax, Release, De-Stress and Bring Yourself into more balanced and calmer You.
PLEASE: Bring a yoga mat and pillow to lay on.
